Shipping policy

Where we deliver: UK only.
Carrier: Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the parcel.
Cost: worked out at checkout. You'll see the exact delivery cost before you pay.
Dispatch: orders are posted within 1 working day, and often the same day.
Delivery time: usually 2–3 working days after dispatch. If an order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.
Tracking: if your parcel has tracking, the link is in your dispatch email.
Lost or damaged in the post: email efbracingcomponents@gmail.com with your order number. We'll sort a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms it's lost, or straight away if it arrived damaged (a photo helps).
Aerosols: GT85 is an aerosol, so it's sent by a UK road service that accepts aerosols.
