Refund policy

EFB Racing Components is a trading name of Joe Bennett, 54 Cumberland Road, Manchester, M41 9HR. Questions about a return: efbracingcomponents@gmail.com.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods. To cancel, email efbracingcomponents@gmail.com with your order number and what you're returning. You don't have to give a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
• Send items back to: 54 Cumberland Road, Manchester, M41 9HR.
• We'll refund the price you paid plus the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof you've posted them, whichever is first), to your original payment method.
• If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest one, we refund only the cost of the cheapest option.
• You can open and handle an item the way you would in a shop. If it's been used beyond that (for example, a bike wash or oil that's been partly used, or a mitt that's been used), we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
• For hygiene reasons, Motoverde Arm-Pump can't be returned under the 14-day right once its seal is broken.

Faulty or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected by anything here:

• Within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty item for a full refund.
• After that, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn't possible.
• We pay the return postage for faulty or wrong items.

Exchanges

We don't swap items directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
